At Doctigo, we strive to ensure that you have a seamless experience. However, if you need to request a refund, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- If the amount is deducted from the bank and booking is not confirmed due to any technical errors then refunds will be made within 24 hours.
Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@doctigo.com with your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- No-shows or missed appointments.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- Once the appointment is booked/confirmed, no refund request will be applicable
- If the party books a consultation/appointment and cancels it again, no refunds will be made.
